That Time I Pretended To Be A Fashion Blogger

Salut les amis! I have some pretty, pretty things to show you all today. If you're following me on Instagram, you've probably already noticed that I've been posting pics of some new baubles that I've been obsessed with lately.

Ring: Fifth & Mae // Bracelet: Fifth & Mae // Earrings: Fifth & Mae //

My friend Beth told me that our friend Michelle, who blogs over at Binge There, Done That, recently opened up this online jewelry boutique name Fifth & Mae, and I'm completely in love! Holy crap, that girl's got awesome taste.

I recently bought - yes, bought. This is NOT a sponsored post. - a pretty little box full of goodies from her and I couldn't be happier! I have really sensitive ears and I can wear her earrings all day with no irritation. It is a miracle!

When I found out that she also has cheap international shipping ($4.50 to France) and that her jewelry was also super inexpensive (those earrings? 3.95!) , I just couldn't resist!

*I would like to apologize in advance for my total lack of photography skills.
Earrings: Fifth & Mae // Top: Plato's Closet // Jeans: Levis
I'm really in love with these dainty black bows at the moment. I may or may not have worn them every single day since that little box arrived.

I realized while taking these that Fashion Bloggers take their pictures outside in their huge backyard, or on their large Victorian-style front porch.

I live in a little apartment with no balcony. This means you get to see my messy kitchen. Enjoy. :)

This triangle necklace goes with everything!

Denim Dress: Forever 21 // Ring: Fifth & Mae // Bracelet: Fifth & Mae
So far, I've got the most compliments on this bracelet. Guess how much it cost me? $5.95!! I'm totally serious. It's not some lightweight plastic crap either. This bracelet is solid, and looks really expensive in person.

Triangle stud earrings? Swoon!

And the cutest little Anchor Earrings. Only $4.95 and they don't make my ears bleed.
Truly miraculous my friends.

Make sure stop on by and tell her that I sent you. :) I promise you'll love her stuff!!!

Random Confession: I'm in love with music from the 50's & 60's

This song totally made me fall in love with the name Lola and I wanted to name my daughter that for a while. And then I grew up & realized that it was a song about a transvestite. Sigh...

I can still name my future daughter that as long as I don't tell her that this song was the inspiration, right?
Starting off my weekend by linking up with Whitney for a dance party!
