Friday Funnies

Don't worry. I know it's really Monday. :)
(I was going to try to be funny here and put "I know it's really Tuesday", but then I realized how lame that sounded. Starting off a post with a terrible joke is never the way to go - so I spared you all, sort of. I ended up telling it anyways didn't I?)

Enough of my ramblings though, I have some exciting news!

This Friday Amanda, Alesha, and I are hosting an awesome link-up.

It's called Friday Funnies and you get to link-up all of your most hilarious posts. Isn't that great? A link-up where you'll actually want to click & read all the other posts. No better way to start off the weekend than with some good laughs, right?

If you just aren't funny or you haven't ever written a funny post, don't worry! Just make a post on Friday sharing the funniest things you saw/heard that week. You can use photos, youtube videos, jokes, a funny conversation that you recently heard, anything - as long as it's legal!

Did another blogger post something hilariously funny this week & you really want to share the link? That's fine too! Just let them know that you linked them up. :)

Example: This post from The Life of Bon, where she lists the stupidest questions that she hears from students. So funny. Heck, almost everything she writes is funny.

The goal is to get people smiling.

The button? Did someone ask to see the button? It's okay if you totally don't care about the button - I'm going to show you anyways.

See how glittery it is? I'm kind of going through a glitter phase right now.
Not real-life glitter. Because that crap gets stuck on everything, and you continue to find it months later on the back of the coach or husband's favorite suit (sorry dear).

Cyber glitter is great though. You get all the pretty without all the mess.

To kick things off, I thought I'd share a couple of things that made me laugh this week.

The Truth about Toddlers in Tiaras

I don't get this show or why a parent would want to put a kid through that, if it wasn't the kid's idea. But I love how honest kids are! Complete lack a filter can sometimes be a good thing.

mom said she would buy me tacos

If you have the time to watch this, I promise you'll get a good chuckle out of it. Or, you know, laugh so hard you start to snort a bit. Whatever, I won't judge.

*Beth and Lisette, the girl at 2:50 made me think of you lovely ladies :)

Will any of you be linking up? Have anything funny that you can't wait until Friday to share? Let me know in the comments!
